Services

Georgia Teleprompter provides professional teleprompting services for live events, corporate productions, film sets, broadcast, and other productions throughout Georgia. Service agreements are subject to separate contracts and terms.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Georgia Teleprompter and Claduta Corp. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

User Submissions

When you submit information through our contact forms, you grant us the right to use that information to respond to your inquiry and provide our services. We will handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Script Formatter Tool

Our Script Formatter tool is provided as a free service. Scripts processed through this tool are not stored on our servers and are processed entirely in your browser. We make no warranties about the suitability of the formatted output for any particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Georgia Teleprompter, Claduta Corp, nor their directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms
